45 year old patient who experienced capsular contracture of the right implant. She had 3 operations to correct this without improvement and elected to have her implants removed. To prevent full collapse of the breasts after the implants were removed, fat was grafted to each side.
After removal of 325 ml silicone, smooth, round implants
