Warner is an 18-year-old young man who was born with a cleft lip and palate. Warner has undergone quite a few surgeries on his lip, palate, nose and jaw from birth to 18. 6 weeks ago, Warner had what we hope will be his last surgery with Dr. Cohen.

Here he is at FACES+, before and now after Dr. Cohen performed a rhinoplasty, lip revision and fat grafting to his face. All of us at FACES+ are thrilled for Warner and wish him the very best as he begins a new chapter at College. Congratulations Warner!

There are no words to express how grateful we are for the care you’ve given our son. The result of the surgery is beyond what we could have ever hoped for or imagined; but the true blessing is in the way this change has made Warner feel about himself. Thank you for this incredible gift. We hope that Warner’s photos and story will help and inspire other kids who are on a similar journey.
